Founding Chair

Ms. Peggy Siu is the granddaughter of the philanthropist, the late Mr. Siu Un, and daughter of the post-war urban development professional, the late Mr. Siu Kin. She represents the third generation of the Siu family to contribute to Hong Kong’s architectural and cultural landscape.

She began her professional journey at the Mass Transit Railway Corporation (SEHK: 66) and subsequently built a successful corporate career in Hong Kong and Australia. She has held various senior executive roles in a number of prominent corporations including VTech Holdings (SEHK: 303) and Centaline Group.

Now retired, Ms. Siu dedicates her time to the family’s enduring interests: the preservation of East Asian art and architecture, the study of cultural and philosophical heritage, and the support of initiatives that safeguard architectural and urban legacies for future generations. Through her work, Ms. Siu continues the Siu family tradition of civic responsibility, cultural enrichment, and stewardship of the built and cultural environments.
